Delete your Jelly Memories account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. It’s permanent, so please read what it removes first.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Jelly Memories and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account & all data.
  3. Confirm twice. Deletion happens right away.

Don’t have the app any more?

Email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, email address and sign-in details.
  • Every memory, photo and video copy, voice note and transcript stored in Jelly on that phone (deleting in the app).
  • Streaks, settings and on-device face data.
  • Any encrypted backups or Family Circle data we store for you, once those features exist.

What isn’t

  • Photos in your phone’s camera roll. Jelly never deletes those.
  • Anything you exported or shared outside Jelly, or that family members already saved on their own devices.
  • Records the law requires us to keep, such as receipts for purchases, kept only as long as required.
  • Crash reports and usage counts tied to a random ID expire on their normal schedule (see the privacy policy).
